Party Leadership Breaks Bylaws

From the Utah County GOP Bylaws.

All county level Party officers including the County Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary; and the five Appointed Officers; must show pre-convention and primary neutrality toward Republican candidates for public office where Republican opposition exists. Such things as, but not limited to, written endorsements, the use of officers' names in campaign literature, and letters to the editor favoring one Republican candidate over another are prohibited for these officers until the Party has chosen a nominee for the office in question.

Anyone care to file a complaint? Oh wait, they don't take those seriously and throw them out.

You think that's bad, take a look at what happened to Randy Nielsen at the Republican State Central Committee meeting yesterday.

Utah County Party Leadership is a joke. I was at the hearing against Judd and was shocked to see how they refused to even hear the merits (which are easily verified) of the case. They swept it under the rug like nothing happened. This is just the type of thing the Democrats live for. Let's get some new leadership. They are a complete embarrassment to us all.

We have the right and the obligation to petition our government and leaders if they are NOT representing us.

WHAT WILL IT TAKE?

Only the chair, vc, ed chair, and secretary have to be neutral.

Anonymous,

Re-Read the portion of the bylaws I posted. It is clear who has to remain neutral
